COVID-19 Medical Kitting HFFS Pouch Packaging Machine
This video features a custom-designed and built system created to package COVID-19 test cassettes and desiccant pouches by hand-loading onto a Benchmark Flighted Infeed Conveyor. Pouches are transferred in registration to the PowerPouch® machine for automatic loading. Test kit pouches are formed, filled, and sealed at speeds of 60-80 parts per minute.
