Vibratory Rotary Cutoff (VRC)


Southern's VRC fillers provide automatic product loading using a series of vibratory conveyors and a rotary cup dispenser. The product volume can be adjusted by controlling the speed of the vibratory conveyors, allowing for precise measurements. The VRC is capable of achieving very low fill weights which cannot be achieved with many fillers, including most scales. It accommodates a wide range of products, including powders, granules, liquids, creams, tablets, towelettes, candies, nuts, and particulates. The VRC is ideal for food products that cannot be sheared or cut during the filling process, such as marshmallows and raisins, as well as dried vegetables and beans.
Our machines support multiple types of fillers on a single unit and allow for the sequential filling of multiple ingredients. The versatility extends to horizontal form fill and seal (HFFS) technology, ensuring effective and dependable packaging for food and beverage products. The machine length determines the variety of filling options available and can be customized with a number of stations and fillers. It integrates seamlessly with existing equipment and is available in both Left-Hand and Right-Hand construction, providing flexible solutions for various production needs.
